Raquel Fisher (a.k.a. Supa) is a twenty-four year old African American genius scientist from Oakland, California. As a girl, Raquel was a competitive science student. One of her favorite things to do in grade school was to outsmart boys in science contests. Some boys assumed since she was a girl, she wasn't smart enough to win. Little did they know her dad was a real scientist and only help a little with her projects. She loved spending that special time with her father. Since college, her dream has been to have her own lab and continue the important ground breaking work of her father. Determined to pave her own way and accomplish her dreams, she must first climb the "corporate scientist ladder" and gain the respect of the head scientist and ceo at Perme Industries, a large multimillion dollar pharmaceutical corporation. Raquel has worked long hours and she is finally being acknowledged for her accomplishments . . . then it happens . . . suddenly, Raquel is faced with the choice of giving up her lifelong dream of being a great scientist like her father, or becoming a powerful Supahero. Her competitive spirit, sharp-as-claws wit and awkward social ways might make her the worst choice for a powerful Supahero. Will she choose to lead the Supaheroes or be a great scientist?

Supaheroes are do gooders, positive thinkers and survivors. Supaheroes are often disguised as moms, dads, friends, students, geeks and siblings. Supas are ordinary, smart, powerful people, capable of extraordinary world changing, positive things.
